Painting Nails
This is a recent favorite around here...nail painting.
Almost every time someone comes to play, Maura wants to paint nails.
Not just have them painted, but they want to paint them by themselves! Maura is also VERY particular about what colors are used and she never just does one color. There must be stripes or polka-dots or stickers or something to add to the first color.
Yep, it's all about girls around here!
We even get to see an extra girl once in a while, cousin Jane! My cousin Jonathan brings Jane to play almost every afternoon and Maura is so excited when she comes.
Several times Maura has come in the door and said: "Jane is here! Yay! Jane!"
She has been really good at playing with Jane and taking care of her and I think Jane is getting use to being bossed around by Maura :0)
